Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

For Physical Products: We have flat-rate shipping! Canada-wide flat rate shipping is $20 CAD for all orders under $125 CAD. USA flat rate shipping is $45 CAD for all orders under $175 CAD. We offer FREE shipping on all Canadian orders from $125 CAD and over & FREE shipping on USA orders from $175 CAD and over!!  We currently only ship to Canada and the United States of America. Once your order is processed (1 to 3 days), the shipping time is 3 to 9 days in Canada. US shipping times may vary depending on the carrier used.

Items to the USA may have import fees. Please note that Room 5 Apothecary is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or custom clearance fees you may incur for importing your shipment.

Please note we are NOT responsible for packages that porch pirates steal. We will file a claim with the respective carrier on your behalf but we will not re-ship your order.

For digital products: Upon completing your purchase of an ebook or guide from Room 5 Apothecary, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital product. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address during checkout to receive your download link promptly. If you encounter any issues with downloading your purchase, please contact our customer support team for assistance at hi@room5apothecary.shop

Return & Exchange Policy

For Physical p[roducts: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For Digital Products: At Room 5 Apothecary, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and resources to enhance your holistic living journey. Our ebooks and guides are carefully curated to offer valuable insights and wellness practices. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of ebooks and guides are final and nonrefundable. We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to empower you on your path to well-being.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unpackaged personal care products like bar soaps and lotion bars are final sale.

To start a return, you must contact us at hi@room5apothecary.shop. Please contact us so we can assist you and if you have any questions or concerns regarding refunds or returns.

Please note, that items sent back to us without first requesting a return and refund will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and some personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed using the original form of payment minus processing fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
