Do you provide International delivery?
We currently only ship within Canada and to the continental United States of America. Importing your shipment to the USA may incur import taxes, duty and other fees. Room 5 Apothecary is not responsible for those fees.
How do I track my order?
When you place your order, you will get a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will get an email with your courier and tracking number. Create an account to manage and track orders easily. You can contact the courier by visiting their website and/or tracking your order.
How do I return an item?
You must contact us regarding returns, refunds and exchanges. We have a 30 day return policy from the day your order was delivered on unopened and unused products. Unpackaged items, like Bar soaps and Lotion bars, are final sale.
Does Everyone Have the Same Results?

What are your shipping options?
We offer flat rate shipping of $20CAD within Canada and $45CAD to the USA, as well as, free shipping options with orders over of $125CAD within Canada and $175CAD to the USA. We also have free local pick up options.
Do your offer customized gift boxes?
Yes. Contact us for a custom gift box. We offer complimentary gift card notes on cardstock as well, for a more personalised gifting experience.
